\n\tLaura Benanti<\/a> may have led the Broadway revival of \u201cShe Loves Me\u201d with Zachary Levi<\/a> in 2016, but the actress certainly doesn\u2019t share the sentiment of the title. Benanti opened up about the ill feelings she maintains about her former co-star this week on the That\u2019s a Gay Ass Podcast<\/a>, hosted by Eric Williams.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cI never liked him. Everyone was like, \u2018He\u2019s so great!\u2019 And I was like, \u2018No, he\u2019s not. He\u2019s sucking up all the fucking energy in this room. The Tony Award winner, whose Broadway credits also included \u201cHair,\u201d \u201cHello, Dolly\u201d and \u201cInto the Woods,\u201d died of a metastatic melanotic peripheral nerve sheath sarcoma. Speaking about Creel\u2019s death on Instagram in October, Levi floated an unscientific theory tied to COVID vaccinations.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cI know that this is going to offend some people and make some people mad, and I wish it didn\u2019t. A few weeks ago, my friend Gavin Creel died. He was 48 years old, and he was one of the healthiest people I knew. \u2026 You better believe that, with everything in me, I believe that if these COVID vaccinations were not forced on the American public\u2026\u201d Levi said before trailing off.<\/p>\n \n\tBenanti blasted Levi for using the topic of Creel\u2019s death to spread vaccine misinformation: \u201cFor him to use Gavin\u2019s memory \u2014 a person he was not friends with \u2014 to use his memory for his political agenda and to watch him try to make himself cry until he had one single tear, which he did not wipe away, I was like,
