Vote-Counting Feeds in Pennsylvania, Georgia Show Irregularities: Data Expert
A data expert who helped raise millions of dollars for GOP campaigns said that vote tabulation data in key states have “anomalies” with significant swings toward Democratic nominee Joe Biden.
Justin Hart, who worked under former presidential candidate Mitt Romney in his 2012 bid, said that he made a calculation showing that President Donald Trump would have had to lose votes based on his analysis of real-time entries from The New York Times on Election Day.
“You know what’s even MORE suspicious than BIG vote dumps giving Biden the lead in WI and MI? Taking AWAY votes from @realDonaldTrump in Pennsylvania!,” Hart wrote on Nov. 20, referring to the data entries. “This chart: the 25 data dumps where Trump LOST votes from the Dominion feeds. 97,676 votes LOST! And Biden GAINED 160K+ votes!” Twitter flagged his post as disputed.

Dominion Voting Systems, which has been the subject of much scrutiny, has said that there were no issues with its machines on Nov. 3, and a spokesman has said it’s not possible to change votes from Biden to Trump. The company has also denied other allegations about ties to Smartmatic—another voting systems company—as well as to foreign governments.
Hart, in an interview with Just The News, said that the data has “a lot of anomalies,” adding that “the real evidence though is in the pure volume, when you have a big batch that comes in at like 96 percent, for Biden, it’s unclear where they would find enough precincts that would have that many votes.”
Hart said that his analysis was based on the percentage change that would have needed to happen—rather than raw vote numbers—to swing votes to Biden, as the NY Times didn’t provide the numbers.
He noted more unusual activity in Georgia. “Georgia timeline in 2 charts: 1) At 1:34AM Biden gets a dump with earning 82.4% of those votes cutting Trump’s lead in half. Then, like Michigan and Wisconsin—the tallies stop coming in. 2) Things resume and over the next days Trump has thousands of votes ‘removed’ taken away,” Hart wrote.

And Hart also flagged an irregular voting pattern in Wisconsin, another battleground state.
On Twitter, he wrote that “49K people voted for a Republican House candidate down ballot but DID NOT vote for Trump. Meanwhile, 64K people voted for Biden and did NOT vote for a Democrat house candidate. Also, 14,952 people DID NOT vote for a House candidate and just voted for Prez. Ok.”
While he has no knowledge about alleged election fraud, Hart noted on Twitter that there is “no audit of what happens between all of the dashboards we watch and when the voters vote.”
“It’s an opaque black box. But between misplaced votes, thumb drives, and algorithms smelling to high heaven—I want more sunlight please,” he added.
Hart stipulated that he’s most concerned about the “opaqueness of the entire” voting process. “I would love to be proven wrong about the fraud … but the entire pipeline in between votes and dashboard is dark and smelly frankly,” Hart wrote.
Secretaries of state in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia have denied allegations of voter fraud or irregularities that would change the outcome of the election.
