WI Supreme Court Rules In Favor Of Trump In Voter Fraud Case, More Republicans to Challenge Electoral Vote

A pair lawmakers in Wisconsin are the latest to sign onto a Federal Lawsuit which alleges that massive voter fraud led to an illegitimate election.
The lawsuit aims to require the state legislatures in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Arizona to ‘certify’ presidential electors before their votes are counted.

State Reps. Jeff Mursau and David Seteffen are the latest to join. Also on the suit from Wisconsin, Debbie Jacques, a Republican who is running in the 89th district.

Mursau said “all my constituents are just screaming about having someone do something about the voter fraud.”

The suit is filed against Vice President Mike Pence, Congress and the Electoral College.  In the meantime President Trump has released a video alleging massive voter fraud and urging people to call their state legislators to demand they investigate.

This comes a week after the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Republican party when it comes to indefinitely confined cases.

Under Wisconsin law a voter may receive a ballot by mail and bypass Wisconsin’s voter id law, ff the voter by his own determination concludes he “confined” based on age, physical illness, or infirmity.

The Wisconsin Supreme court ruled that the “government’s interpretation of Wisconsin’s indefinitely confined’ was erroneous. “A county clerk may not “declare” that any elector is “indefinitely confined due to a pandemic”

In addition the court stated that lockdown orders do not meet the requirements under Wisconsin law to allow a voter to claim the status of “indefinitely confined” either.

However, the court noted that a each case must be looked at individually before the ballot can be disqualified as illegal.

About 240,000 voters in Wisconsin said they were indefinitely confined this year, that’s nearly four times as many confined people than in the 2016 election.
