Our country needs a reckoning on Antifa, Qanon and those who lie to the rest of us

From my vantage point, it is clear that Antifa and the Qanon-like crowd are domestic terrorists. They are a bunch of crazies that were easy for Trump to manipulate.

Then there are a number of really liberal and really conservative voices. What makes me angry are the liars. And there are many that lie freely with Trump leading that parade. Gen. Kelly, his former chief of staff, said that Trump is morally bereft and lies continually.

So where am I?

Liberal? Maybe: I am pro-environment, pro-choice, pro-education, pro-better health care access the country, Pro-reasonable immigration processes, pro-international cooperation and leadership

Conservative: Maybe. I am Pro-Second Amendment, pro-prison for criminals, pro-police, pro-military, anti-Putin, anti-North Korea, anti-communist China,

I think that there are many many people that will fall into and across these positions. What I caution is that there are extremists in the media on both sides that will distort and frankly lie, and Trump is the liar in chief.

It would seem to me that perhaps all of us cross into many of these positions. The main thing is beware of paying attention to only one media outlet.

I predicted this type of situation six months ago and said it looked like Trump was heading for a coup or insurrection. He is a narcissist and a sociopath. He has no empathy nor remorse and sees this a “doing business” but he got caught.

Now the trick will be what Biden and Harris do. They could cause a huge backlash, or they could heal the country. Will see.
