Rudy Giuliani, Avoiding His Election Fraud Claims, Seeks to Toss Dominion Defamation Lawsuit | National Law Journal

Rudy Giuliani is asking a federal judge to throw out Dominion’s $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against him on jurisdictional grounds.

In the 10-page motion to dismiss filed Wednesday—Giuliani’s first formal response to the complaint—attorney Joe Sibley wrote that Giuliani denies having “defamed plaintiffs or that he has engaged in any wrongful or malicious conduct toward plaintiffs.”
