OOPS! China Claims ‘World’s Largest Telescope’ Picked Up Signals Of Alien Civilization; Deletes Report After It Goes Viral
A historic US Congressional hearing on Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) was held in May for the first time in over 50 years, leading to a renewed global focus on the unusual aerial sightings. A few videos of the sightings, declassified by the Pentagon, ignited wild theories about aliens.
The US military found no evidence of aliens in its 2021 report. The deputy director of Naval Intelligence, Scott W Bray, testified at the hearing that some events were inexplicable and they did not find anything “non-terrestrial in origin.”
The database of UFO sightings included 400 incidents, up from 143 recorded the previous year.
Unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs), or strange things seen in the sky, are considered a national security threat in the United States. While the US Officials stopped short of labeling UFOs or UAPs as non-terrestrial, many sections have thrown their weight behind the concept of ‘aliens.’
Meanwhile, Beijing said its Sky Eye telescope had picked up signals of an alien civilization, according to a report by Chinese media. However, the report appeared to have been deleted later.
The signals detected by Sky Eye — the world’s largest radio telescope — differ from earlier ones captured and the team is further analyzing them, the report said, citing Zhang Tonjie, chief scientist of an extraterrestrial civilization search team.
EurAsian Times could not establish why the report was deleted especially after the news had become viral and was trending on social media.
British Astronaut On UFOs
These UAPs have piqued the interests of astronauts and space officials toward the possibility of ‘aliens’ being behind these unexplained phenomena. A renowned British astronaut Tim Peake said that the UFOs that the US military has recorded more than 100 times might be aliens, New York Post reported.
Tim Peake added that the UFOs might represent proof of time travel. During an interview with Good Morning Britain, Peake spent more than six months aboard the International Space Station (ISS) and was asked questions about the videos that The Pentagon declassified.
“I heard one theory where a pilot was talking about that potentially in the future, they’ve developed time travel – is it something that’s come back from the future?” Peake said.
Without solid reasoning to justify the argument, Peake said, “I don’t think it’s a development of any state nation or non-state organization at all,” as Bristol Post cites. “I think it’s quite remarkable when you see the video footage. It does seem extraordinary as to what these machines are capable of.”

In 2021, Pentagon officials took the unusual step of confirming three remarkable recordings portraying American contacts with UFOs. Perhaps, the most striking of the declassified footage was the “Tic-Tac” clip, which showed fighter jets pursuing an unexplained object, previously highlighted in a EurAsian Times article.
The Pentagon’s rare move to declassify these videos, the minutes of the 2021 military report that recorded the number of UFO sightings, and the Congressional hearing has intrigued the entire world. So far, no one has an answer to this unusual and abstract phenomenon yet, but the world is trying to find solutions.
The World Is Going After UFOs
Dmitry Rogozin, the head of Russia’s Roscosmos space agency, recently stated that Russian officials were investigating UFO reports. The head of the Space Agency said he was aware of pilot reports of UFOs and that similar sightings frequently came back after test flights.
In an interview with the Rossiya-24 news channel, Rogozin stated that 99.9% of all reports were recognized as “atmospheric and other physical phenomena.” Still, he also contemplated that “we might be the subject of some exterior observation.”
“We can study bacteria, but we can also be studied just like bacteria,” he added, according to the Russian state-controlled TV network RT.
Rogozin said on Rossiya-24: “If we talk about specific facts of the so-called UFO [sightings], which might have taken place on Earth throughout the history of humankind, which NASA speaks about, I would like to say that these studies have been conducted and are being conducted by our Russian Academy of Sciences among others. The facts are collected and checked.”
Meanwhile, America’s space agency NASA itself announced that it was joining the investigation on UFOs, forming a team that would examine “observations of events that cannot be identified as aircraft or known natural phenomena.”
According to Thomas Zurbuchen, the head of NASA’s science mission directorate, the space agency would add a scientific perspective to efforts currently underway by the Pentagon and other agencies to make sense of scores of such sightings.
The nine-page report and Congressional hearings failed to conclude clearly about the flying objects. They found no proof that they were advanced aircraft technology created by China, Russia, or other countries. NASA would strive to bring a scientific explanation to identify the UFOs.
The US had also previously confirmed the existence of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), a Pentagon UFO study program that ended in 2017. The UAP Task Force superseded it after the US Senate Intelligence Committee resolution in June 2020.
Defense chiefs have officially confirmed several leaked UFO films and images submitted to the Task Force for investigation. According to Bray, many of the most recent entries collected do not contain sensor data and are just stories from people who have come forward with previous stories that they could not tell at the time.
The world is going after the UFOs as it gathers steam. Terrestrial or non-terrestrial, all kinds of theories continue to create ripples around the world for now.
