Ayrshire ‘UFO’ spotted in night sky as shocked resident captures ‘zigzagging and spinning’ object…

A PECULIAR flashing object has been spotted in the sky above an Ayrshire town.

The ‘UFO‘ was spotted in the sky above Muirkirk around 9.20pm on Sunday.

Resident Nicola Ginnitty, 28, was shocked when she spotted the pulsing lights in the night sky.

The mum-of-two noticed the ‘UFO’ as she drove to a nearby shop to pick up some milk.

At first she thought it was a drone or a helicopter, until it started flashing and spinning over nearby hills.

Speaking to The Scottish Sun Nicola said: “I had to go to the local shop to get milk for my wee boy and it caught my eye.

“At first I thought it was a drone or a helicopter. It was zigzagging and spinning – it was bizarre.

“It was weird with all the flashing lights as well, like pinks and yellows. With the size of it I know it wasn’t a plane.”

The salon owner added: “I believe in UFOs and think there’s other forms of life.

“I’m not too into it all but I do find it fascinating.”

Earlier this year we told how five “creepy lights” appeared in the night sky over Edinburgh.

Resident Neil Reid was at his backdoor when he looked up and clocked a cluster of three strange lights, and two single orbs.

The dad-of-three said: “I spotted three creepy lights so I got my phone out. I’ve never seen anything like that before.”
