UFO expert claims to have found source of mysterious lights seen over Swindon

A UFO investigator claims to have found the source of mysterious lights which hovered over Swindon several years ago.

Back in autumn 2016, the Adver reported on a sighting of three bright white lights in a triangle shape hovering above Westcott Place, noticed by retired BT engineer Graham Woodward, who was driving home with his son.

It was visible for about three minutes and made no noise before veering out of sight on September 25 at around 8.19pm.

Graham said at the time: “It was as large as a light aircraft and the three bright lights were on the points of a three sided black or very dark triangle.”

Other Adver readers in Walcot, Greenmeadow and Liden then phoned in to report similar sightings.

Now, nearly six years later, a Scottish author who focuses on unidentified flying objects says he has fully identified what this strange aerial occurence really was.

This comes as NASA carries out a scientific study into what are now known as UAPs – unidentified anomalous phenomena – with a report on its findings due to be released later this year.

James Welsh claims to have been a close-range eyewitness to several UFO events in Glasgow in December 1999 and has spent much of his free time since 2001 investigating the phenomenon.

He added: “When I saw the photograph, I knew exactly what i was looking at.

“This particular sighting [in Swindon] is now closed along with many others. I don’t want to give away too much information right now as it’s all part of a much wider disclosure currently underway.

“It puts a spanner in the works for NASA’s current study. My findings will change the fabric of reality and cause major problems for the space administration’s reputation as it’s abundantly clear that they are lying about these matters.

“I’m going to blow the lid right off the UFO coverup and I have more than enough evidence to prove it.

“Very big things are coming for humanity. I have definitive answers on tap, ready to begin rolling out.

“I’m done with these people lying to us – the gloves are now off.”

James is working with fellow paranormal researchers Ron Halliday and Malcolm Robinson to see whether the truth is out there.

Mr Robinson said: “I’ve been following James Welsh’s research on these matters for many months now, and it’s clear to me that he is onto something big.

“His detailed analysis and perseverance. will clearly shake up the powers that be. I patiently await the fallout from Mr. Welsh’s discoveries.”

Last year, NASA began analysing observations of events in the sky that cannot be identified as aircraft or known natural occurrences.

A spokesman said: “The limited number of high-quality observations of UAP, currently makes it impossible to draw scientific conclusions about the nature of such events.

“Thus the focus of the study is to inform NASA what possible data could be collected in the future to shed light on UAP.

“NASA has not found any credible evidence of extraterrestrial life and there is no evidence that UAPs are extraterrestrial.

“However, NASA is exploring the solar system and beyond to help us answer fundamental questions, including whether we are alone in the universe.”

Mr Welsh dismisses what has been shown in the study so far as “just a 737 filmed with a triangular iris night vision scope”, and argues that his footage is the real deal.

He vows to “set the record straight” with a new book, Majestic Evidence.
