Ashanti Appears To Capture Footage Of UFOs — Real Or Fake?
Ashanti has captured what appears to be a UFO on video, but exactly how much validity is there to her alleged extra-terrestrial encounter?
On Friday (March 17), the former Murder Inc. singer shared a video on her Instagram story, in which several foreign objects are seen flying through the sky. Ashanti noted that she captured the footage while filming an unknown project in Sacramento.
“Oooommmgggg!!!” she wrote. “We saw this in the middle of filming out here in Sacramento!!! WTFFFFF.”

In other Ashanti news, the singer was rumored to be trying to rekindle things with ex-boyfriend Nelly. In a side-by-side photo shared on social media last month, the ex-couple can be seen donning what appears to be matching iced-out Cuban link chains around their necks.
The chain is eerily similar to the one the “Country Grammar” rapper has been wearing during recent appearances such as at the 65th Grammy Awards last month. Prior to that, the pair shared a steamy performance during a concert, sparking prompts from fans to rekindle their relationship.
The former couple hit the stage as part of Power 98.3 and Power 96.1‘s “Under The Mistletoe” concert series in Glendale, Arizona last December. Footage of Ashanti grinding on Nelly while performing their 2008 collaboration “Body On Me” quickly went viral on social media, as many fans flocked to social media to call for the Hip Hop and R&B stars to get back together.
However, when asked about the status of their relationship, Ashanti made it clear she had no plans to get back with the St. Louis hitmaker anytime soon. But, she did note that she was open to getting together with him in the booth.
In an interview on The New Norm, Ashanti was asked whether she would consider collaborating with her former flame. After fielding tons of questions about whether they’d get back together, she said appreciated the new angle in questioning.
“The majority of the questions I’ve been getting lately are, ‘Oh, are y’all getting back together?’” Ashanti said with a laugh. “But releasing music together? The one thing that I can say is that we’re both very business savvy. So, if something is presenting itself as an opportunity to get money, we’re probably both gonna be with it.
“I don’t know if we’re gonna go to the studio or anything together,” she continued. “But what I will say is, again, we’re both very business savvy. So if an opportunity presents itself to make a record and get to the bag, we’re probably gonna be all in.”
