AI Creates Garbage to Answer a Question
I asked AI a question that I haven’t read or seen in any flat earth video. Here is what it said.
Question:
We are told that earth travels around the sun at, approximately, 66,000 mph. Then, how fast is Saturn traveling? How fast is Pluto traveling?
Answer:
According to Britannica, “Saturn, at an average distance of 1.43 billion km (886 million miles), moves at a mean velocity of 9.69 km/sec (21,675 mph) in its orbit around the Sun.”[2].
As for Pluto, NASA states that “Pluto, which is the farthest planet from the sun, travels at an average speed of 10.56 kilometers per second (23,600 miles per hour) in its 248-year elliptical orbit.”[3]
Question:
How can this be true – that Saturn and Pluto is traveling much slower than earth, when these two planets are much further away? They would lose their position along the imaginary disk that we are shown in schools in which all planets are located. Keep in mind that travel around the sun is in a corkscrew path as the sun is also going around the galaxy.
Answer:
The speed at which a planet travels around the Sun depends on its distance from the Sun, as well as its orbital eccentricity (the extent to which its orbit deviates from a perfect circle) [3]. Saturn, which is sixth planet from the Sun, has an average distance of about 886 million miles (1.4 billion kilometers) from the Sun, and it takes about 29 Earth years to complete one orbit around the Sun [2]. The exact speed at which Saturn travels around the Sun depends on its position in its orbit, but its average speed is about 21,637 miles per hour (34,821 kilometers per hour) [4].
Similarly, Pluto’s distance from the Sun and its eccentric orbit affect its speed. Pluto’s average distance from the Sun is about 3.7 billion miles (6 billion kilometers), and it takes about 248 Earth years to complete one orbit around the Sun. Due to its highly elliptical orbit, Pluto’s speed can vary greatly depending on its position in its orbit. At its fastest, Pluto can travel at a speed of about 55,000 miles per hour (89,000 kilometers per hour), while at its slowest, it can travel at a speed of about 9,000 miles per hour (14,500 kilometers per hour) [1].
It is true that the motion of the Sun around the center of the Milky Way galaxy creates a corkscrew path for the planets as they orbit the Sun. However, this does not affect the relative positions of the planets along the imaginary disk that is commonly shown in schools. The positions of the planets on this disk are determined solely by their distance from the Sun and their orbits around it, without regard to the Sun’s motion around the galaxy [3].
Conclusion:
The above makes no sense at all. This is a classic example of, “B**l Sh*t baffles brains!” and people believe it; those who push it you simply can’t get through.
If you are standing in the centre and person B is 5 feet away from you and is walking 4 miles an hour. Person C is 5 feet away from B, he has to walk faster, naturally, in order to keep relative position. And so it goes. Now, if person A, the guy in centre, is walking away, the others not only have to keep the same distance from A, but has to walk even faster because person A is now walking. This is something the AI programmers can’t get, which means AI can’t get it, either.
We are told that the next generation of AI will become self-aware. Well, time will tell how “self-aware” they’ll be? They’ll probably still be politically correct.
With that in mind, it would be nice if someone can program an AI bot to really look at all sides and answer truthfully when it comes to conspiracy facts. But I’m not holding my breath.
