NAC can be administered orally, intravenously and by nebulization. For this article, only the oral forms are considered.
- NAC 600 mg
- NAC 1000 mg
- NAC Liposomal Liquid
What is NAC?
N-Acetyl Cysteine, a precursor to glutathione, is a plant antioxidant naturally found in onion and garlic. NAC is used as a mucolytic agent (it reduces disulfide bonds in cross-linked mucus, lowering mucus viscosity) and is also used to treat tylenol overdose (acetaminophen, paracetamol), chemotherapy toxicity, heavy metal intoxication, cardiac ischemia-reperfusion injury, HIV and neuropsychiatric disorders. (click here)
NAC is quoted in the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines as an antidote in poisonings since the 1960s. (click here)
NAC stimulates glutathione biosynthesis, promotes detoxification and acts directly as a scavenger of free radicals. It is a powerful antioxidant.
- NAC directly scavenges reactive oxygen and nitrogen species
- NAC is a precursor for glutathione. All of its intracellular effects are mediated by glutathione replenishment.
- NAC generates H2S which contributes to fast antioxidant and cytoprotective effects (click here)
Glutathione is an endogenous antioxidant that is frequently depleted in patients with oxidative stress or systemic inflammation, including those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute respiratory distress syndrome. After systemic administration, N-acetyl cysteine is rapidly converted to cysteine, which is a precursor to glutathione, leading to significant increases in plasma and alveolar glutathione concentrations (click here)
- NAC + Bromelain break down spike protein (see below)
- Fights COVID-19, Influenza (including H5N1) and RSV viral infections, inhibits viral replication, reduces inflammation and symptoms (click here)
- has antimicrobial and anti-biofilm activities
- strengthens immune system by treating T-cell exhaustion – helps promote T-lymphocyte proliferation, 2400mg/day quickly elevated glutathione levels in T cells (click here)(click here)
- In seniors, NAC improves immune system by shifting from anergy (lack of reaction to foreign substances) to normoergy
- NAC inhibits inflammatory cytokines
- powerful antioxidant (potent scavenger of reactive oxygen & nitrogen species)
- Protects liver (eg. from tylenol overdose, mushroom poisoning, herbicide poisoning (glyphosate), chloroform poisoning, PCB steatosis) (click here)
- protects kidneys (eg. from CT contrast nephropathy) (click here)
- protects lungs – improves COPD exacerbations, protective against ARDS, helps cystic fibrosis
- protects heart (eg. in the context of acute myocardial ischemia and infarction and acute heart failure – NAC also potentiates vasodilator and anti-inflammatory effects of nitroglycerin) (click here)
- protects brain from neurodegenerative disorders, treats dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s (click here)
- improves psychiatric disorders: schizophrenia, mania, bipolar, OCD, ADHD addiction, gambling (click here)
- treats neuropathic pain, improves multiple sclerosis symptoms
- chelator for heavy metals (lead, chromium, arsenic, mercury)
- engineered nanoparticles – reverses and prevents oxidative damage caused
- reproductive: improves semen quality, treats recurrent pregnancy loss
- in polycystic ovary syndrome, results in improved fertility, ovulation and odds of having a live birth. (click here)
- treats Lupus (there is glutathione depletion in SLE, as well as T-cell dysfunction) (click here)
- Treats Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis – reduces oxidative stress and relapse rate (click here)
Bromelain is extracted mainly from the stem of the pineapple plant (Ananas comosus) and contains a number of enzymes that give it the ability to hydrolyze glycosidic bonds in complex carbohydrates. (click here)
As a therapeutic molecule, it is used for debriding burns. Bromelain can be bought on its own or sometimes it comes with Quercetin.
Combination of NAC & Bromelain degrades spike protein:
Walter Chesnut has done a substack on NAC + Bromelain disintegrating the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine spike protein (click here)
NAC has an excellent safety profile even in very high doses.
NAC is safe in adults and children, even at very high doses, and studies in mice and rats show that toxic effects are only observed at very high dosages, above 6 g/kg when given orally and above 2 g/kg when injected intravenously (click here)
Well tolerated in oral doses below 1200mg/day. Can cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
N-acetylcysteine has anticoagulant and platelet inhibiting properties and the use in patients with bleeding disorders or blood thinners may be relatively contraindicated
Studies have shown no maternal or fetal harmful effects of NAC.
NAC is another powerful tool for the COVID-19 vaccine injured.
NAC doesn’t break down spike protein on its own but NAC + Bromelain break it down completely. Bromelain is sometimes sold with Quercetin, or by itself.
NAC is a powerful antioxidant that treats brain injury (good for those with neurological or psychiatric adverse events post mRNA vaccination) as well as lung injury (good for those with chronic lung conditions), kidney injury and liver injury.
NAC is a chelator for heavy metals and nanoparticles (for those who are worried about those being present in the COVID-19 vaccines).
NAC treats T-cells exhaustion and stimulates production of T-cells (for those who are concerned about immune system injury post vaccination).
NAC treats reproductive problems (I found this to be one of the most interesting aspects of NAC – improved fertility, ovulation, semen quality and odds of having a live birth)
A useful dose is 1200mg/day for the COVID-19 vaccine injured, or 600mg/day for those who are not having adverse events but are concerned.

The Worldwide Corona Crisis, Global Coup d’Etat Against Humanity
by Michel Chossudovsky
Michel Chossudovsky reviews in detail how this insidious project “destroys people’s lives”. He provides a comprehensive analysis of everything you need to know about the “pandemic” — from the medical dimensions to the economic and social repercussions, political underpinnings, and mental and psychological impacts.
“My objective as an author is to inform people worldwide and refute the official narrative which has been used as a justification to destabilize the economic and social fabric of entire countries, followed by the imposition of the “deadly” COVID-19 “vaccine”. This crisis affects humanity in its entirety: almost 8 billion people. We stand in solidarity with our fellow human beings and our children worldwide. Truth is a powerful instrument.”
