An uproar over a state-sponsored bill to manage coalition governments is nothing but an overreaction to conspiracy theories.
This according to Cooperative Governance Deputy Minister Parks Tau, who told the national dialogue on coalition governments, which was held at the University of the Western Cape over the weekend, a bill on coalition governments had already been developed.
According to Tau, the process of drafting the bill had already commenced and was expected to be finalised by the end of the year.
