Harvard professor suggests UFOs use ‘extra dimensions’ for travel

NEW DELHI: Harvard professor Avi Loeb has proposed an intriguing theory on UFO travel, suggesting that extraterrestrial visitors could be navigating through hidden dimensions, potentially unlocked by research at the CERN particle accelerator. According to Loeb, these dimensions are detectable only through high-energy particle accelerators like CERN’s Large Hadron Collider (LHC), which probes the foundations of our universe by recreating Big Bang-like conditions.
Loeb’s hypothesis, detailed in the documentary “The Paranormal UFO Connection,” posits that alien civilizations, possibly billions of years ahead in technological advancements, might be using quantum gravity engineering to traverse these hidden dimensions. This method would significantly reduce the likelihood of in-space collisions, offering a seamless passage through the cosmos, a Daily Mail report said.
The concept of traveling through extra-spatial dimensions opens up new perspectives on the fabric of reality and the potential diversity of life beyond the three dimensions observed in daily human experience. Loeb, a pioneer in the search for extraterrestrial intelligence, further emphasizes the transformative impact such technology would have on humanity, comparing it to a cave dweller’s astonishment upon encountering a modern city.
CERN’s pursuit of hidden dimensions, through the LHC’s high-energy particle collisions, aims to unravel the mysteries of the universe, including the fundamental forces that shaped its creation. The discovery of the Higgs boson, or “God particle,” in 2012 marked a significant milestone in understanding the universe’s building blocks, laying the groundwork for further exploration into the quantum realm.
Loeb’s recent expedition to Papua New Guinea, aimed at retrieving potential “techno signatures” of alien technology from a 2014 space object impact, underscores his commitment to uncovering evidence of extraterrestrial life. He advocates for reallocating a portion of global military spending towards the search for alien civilizations, highlighting the potential benefits of such discoveries for humanity.
Film-maker Mark Christopher Lee, behind “The Paranormal UFO Connection,” echoes Loeb’s sentiments, expressing optimism about the advancements at CERN and the logical possibility that more advanced civilizations could harness these extra dimensions for space travel.
Loeb’s theories, merging the forefronts of theoretical physics and the ongoing quest for extraterrestrial life, offer a compelling vision of a universe far more complex and interconnected than previously imagined.
