The Sleight of Hand of the Great Reset, from Your Local CVS Pharmacy All the Way to Red China
Imagine a famous magician who tours the world to enormous acclaim. He earns many millions of dollars, headlines in Vegas, and releases regular specials on Disney+ and Netflix. He has won Emmys, delivered TED Talks in Davos, and gets regular invitations to perform at the Vatican and the White House. His most celebrated illusion is a graphic, apparently bloody trick in which he saws a woman in half — and then, of course, she leaps up fully intact, waving a peacock feather, while everybody applauds.
But this magician has a secret. In fact, he really does saw women in half at every show. The body is quickly disposed of, no questions asked, by his stagehands, and the part that is an illusion is when another identically dressed woman with the same hairstyle leaps up in the dead woman’s place.
How does he get away with this? The places where he performs are in on it, and the media are more than happy to keep this gentleman’s secret. The richer he gets, the more unidentified female bodies turn up as “cold cases” on police blotters around the world.
Power-Hungry Elites Adept at Sleight of Hand
If you understood that story, then you understand globalism at work behind the Great Reset. All around the world, power-hungry elites who want to seize control of resources and cut people off from their personal liberties and tear the sovereignty from free nations are posing as benefactors and champions of human rights. The Great Campaign Against the Great Reset documents how this is happening, where, and to whom.
The Climate Cult pretends that it’s saving the planet — even as African child laborers die every day in the cobalt mines producing toxic batteries for Teslas. The same cult promises to reduce our “carbon footprints” by forcing down birthrates in Latin America, seizing farmland and threatening food production in Europe, and stripping poor people in India of reliable power to their homes.
The pandemic industry promises us new vaccines and boosters every month, which will duly be forced upon us by our employers and our governments — without testing them for safety first and while being given immunity from being held legally liable for side effects. It also continues to experiment with new bioweapons in secret labs, allegedly to “protect” us from new and dangerous diseases (like the ones that they’re producing).
The global disinformation cartel assures us that it will stop the flow of “misleading” or “false” news stories and “extremist” ideas on the internet. In fact, it suppresses real news about religious persecution, intra-ethnic violence, military aggression, and election fraud.
Globalist bodies such as the United Nations and the World Economic Forum promise to help us “build back better” a new and more just economy — while in fact hoovering up vast wealth and political power and ensuring they are immune to the voices of voters.
Woke Corporations Profiting From China’s Genocidal Policies
Nowhere is the hypocrisy of our masters more obvious in fact, but airbrushed from people’s perceptions, than on the subject of human rights in China. Woke corporations such as Nike and Apple wave shiny scarves in one hand, virtue-signaling about “systemic racism” in the West — and with the other hand grab hundreds of millions of dollars made by using the slave labor of political prisoners, such as the Uyghurs in occupied East Turkistan.
But sometimes, just sometimes, there’s a glitch in the Matrix. The magician’s sure hand slips, and you begin to suspect that a real person has actually just been sawed in half. It’s not easy to pull off such a vast and complicated program of hypocrisy.
And we have just seen such a glitch, at the very heart of the globalists’ center of operations, the U.N. itself.
A recent decision by the International Labor Organization offers some hope. That group is supposedly dedicated to exposing and stopping forced labor around the world. It recently revised its handbook, closing the vast loopholes which China had used to exploit the millions of prisoners of conscience in East Turkistan (which China calls “Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region”). If actually implemented, this change would make a huge difference to China’s victims, shining the light of day on the murky supply chains that run from concentration camps, via various cutouts, to factories run by huge woke corporations. We need to pressure the member states of the U.N. to adopt this reform comprehensively.
Of course, that won’t be easy. Dictatorships such as China blithely sign treaty after treaty full of shiny promises to respect human rights, such as the Convention against Torture, International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women. At best they’re empty words, at worst they’re shiny objects that assist the magician’s sleight of hand — as the slave laborers imprisoned and women forcibly sterilized by China for their religion would tell us, if anyone listened.
The U.S. Congress Must Act
We won’t get our hopes up too high for U.N. action confronting China, given that organization’s track record of mostly staying mute about China’s human rights record, thanks to massive financial pressure by that wealthy regime.
There’s more hope here in America, where the Uyghur Policy Act has actually passed in the House of Representatives. A response to an effort by the East Turkistan government (in exile) and 60 Uyghur organizations worldwide, this act would accomplish a number of things. Perhaps most important, it would establish a Special Coordinator for Uyghur Issues at the U.S. State Department, akin to the Special Coordinator for Tibetan Issues. That person’s job would be to hold China accountable at the United Nations, and press for that country to keep the promises it made in those high-minded treaties. The East Turkistan Government (in exile) and 60 Uyghur organizations worldwide are urging the Senate to pass this act and are also calling for the recognition of East Turkistan as what it truly is: an occupied country.
Sadly, some Senate Republicans oppose establishing a Special Coordinator for Uyghur Issues at the U.S. State Department. Voters need to let them know that Americans want to confront genocide and slavery where they’re actually happening today, rather than posture pretentiously about crimes that ended long ago.
Let’s call out the stage magicians and stop their killing spree.
