Beadles loses appeal over election fraud in Nevada Supreme Court

CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) – Robert Beadles has lost his appeal in an election fraud case to the Nevada Supreme Court.

Beadles filed a lawsuit against the Secretary of State alleging election fraud or tampering.

A judge in Carson City dismissed the case, saying it had no merit.

Beadles then appealed to the Nevada Supreme Court, who Wednesday upheld the ruling of the Carson City judge.
