Cloud Reflection on a Lake Impossible on a Spinning Earth

We are told that we are spinning at 1,000 mph and this doesn’t count the other gyrations that the Earth is doing.

So, if Earth is spinning at an incredible 1,000 mph, how is it possible that you can see the mirror reflection of the clouds on a lake surface. If your response is, “That’s because the atmosphere is also spinning at the same speed.” If that is the case, that even the smallest molecule is caught by “gravity”, how is it that all of life can move in whatever direction they want? How is it that we don’t feel the pull?

If you say, “That’s because everything outside of Earth and its atmosphere is calm. It’s only space that’s spinning.” If that is the case, why is it that our atmosphere isn’t sucked up into space?

In short, no matter what the answer of the heliocentric believer is, it’s doesn’t make sense. There is no material or physical sensation that this is going on. at this point their reaction could be one of the following:

You just don’t understand

They go from explanation 1, then 2, then 3

This is what we are told and we just have to accept it

They get mad and frustrated at you, call you nuts

They change the subject

None of the above answers the question of how is it possible that Earth is spinning at such incredible speeds.
