UFC fighter Bryce Mitchell goes on unhinged rant at Elon Musk, four days before MMA return… ‘He knows the Earth is flat!’
Love him or loathe him, 16-2 featherweight contender Bryce Mitchell remains arguably the single most entertaining fighter on the entire UFC roster.
With his return to UFC action imminent, it’s time for another unhinged rant for the ages – this time, ‘Thug Nasty’ took aim at the wealthiest man in the world, Elon Musk.

From claiming that he could rear-naked choke a Gorilla, to carrying around a Bible in the UFC octagon, Bryce Mitchell has garnered a reputation for his hilarious – if not slightly unhinged – behavior.
Speaking with Michael Bisping and Paul Felder via the ‘Believe You Me’ Podcast earlier today, Mitchell launched several insane (and we mean insane) takes – including that NASA’s end goal is to “fake an alien invasion,” and that Mars, like every other planet in the universe, “don’t exist.”
Whilst the hilarious interview is well worth a listen to in full, it was his rant against Elon Musk and specifically the Neuralink company that’s gone viral, with the highly religious Mitchell claiming “That chip is the mark of the beast.
“I’m telling you, that is the type of technology that the anti-Christ is going to put in people – when you start getting these chips in the head, they’re going to monitor everything you buy, everything you sell… Basically, it’s going to be communism like the world has never seen.”
“When you see a guy like Elon Musk putting chips in people’s brains, acting like he’s a doctor – his cars suck, he’s never been to space, he knows the Earth is flat and he’s a lying rat b******.”
It’s safe to say that the UFC fighter isn’t a fan of the tech giant, later alleging that “He’s making these robots that’ll try takeover humanity… You ever see that movie ‘I-Robot’ with Will Smith? The dude is making robots now!”
Mitchell then took aim at the electric car industry, alleging that Musk’s Tesla vehicles will one day be held at the whim of the South African businessman.

“The reason he’s making electric cars is because he can shut your damn car off whenever you make a mean tweet… They’re going to get to the point where everything is so controlled that Elon Musk can press a button and you’re locked in it, or you just can’t start your car.
“You can’t do that with a 1997 Ford pickup truck, buddy… My ‘73 will run one of those pieces of s*** Tesla’s off the road and crush it like a can of Coke – I’m just telling you.”

Mitchell might be a little out of his depth when it comes to talking about space, electric cars and microchip technology, but if there’s one thing that ‘Thug Nasty’ knows how to do – it’s fighting.
11 months after being brutally knocked out by Josh Emmett at UFC 296, ‘Thug Nasty’ is back in action this weekend, taking on Kron Gracie on the UFC 310 undercard.
Whilst victory in Las Vegas likely wouldn’t move Mitchell up the featherweight rankings, it would at least see him return to the win column – and that’s more than enough for his fanbase.
