Robert F. Kennedy Jr.‘s anti-vax stance represents a dangerous regression

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the anti-vaxers who think like him are going to give us a future no one should want.

I’m old enough to remember life before modern medicine. It was not uncommon to see people with badly pockmarked faces from smallpox, before the smallpox vaccine was available. Or pregnant women living in fear of catching German measles that could mean serious complications or death for their babies, before the MMR vaccine helped protect against that.

All these and many more curses could lie in our future.
