Donald Trump Drops Crude Line At Kennedy Center Dinner In Bizarre Rant About 2020 Election
President Donald Trump on Monday dropped a vulgar turn of phrase as he talked about how he’d vowed to avenge his 2020 election defeat, which he once again falsely claimed had been rigged against him,
Trump, during a speech at a Kennedy Center board dinner, congratulated himself over the securing during his first term of the 2028 Olympics for Los Angeles and the 2026 FIFA soccer World Cup for North America.
Had the election not been stolen from him by now-former President Joe Biden, Trump lied, he said he’d now be out of office and his role in securing the two major sporting events would be forgotten.
“And then they rigged the election, and then I said, ‘You know what I’ll do? I’ll run again and I’ll shove it up their ass,’” he said.
The audience lapped up the line.
Trump, who appointed himself chair of the Kennedy Center earlier this year amid a pro-MAGA purge of the historically bipartisan organization, continued:
“So if they would’ve left us alone, and wouldn’t have cheated on the election, and wouldn’t have rigged it, I would’ve been retired right now. I would’ve been happily doing something else, and instead they have me for four more years, can you believe that?”
