It’s a bird. No, it’s a plane. No, it’s a UFO.
Since the dawn of man, UFOs have been reported across our night sky, adding a depth of unnerving mythos to the age old question: are we alone in the universe?
In Connecticut alone, 27 cases have been reported since January 1, 2018, while 84 cases have been reported between the span of January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2018, according to MUFON, the Mutual Unidentified Flying Object Network.
MUFON, which began in 1969, has become one of the largest and most highly regarded organizations of UFO researchers, with chapters in every state as well as countries around the world including Iran, France, and Cuba.
Michael Panicello, the state director of the Connecticut chapter of MUFON, has been interested in UFOs since he was a kid, watching military aviation documentaries on the old TLC network.
