Methodist Health System in Texas faces lawsuits for illegally denying covid vaccine exemptions
The Liberty Counsel law group is threatening to sue the Methodist Health System (MHS) in Texas for violating the right of its medical workers to refuse Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccination” using a religious exemption.
According to reports, MHS is flat-out refusing to honor its employees’ religious exemptions, telling them that their religious beliefs are “wrong” or “incorrect,” which violates both state and federal law.
Liberty Counsel sent a demand letter to MHS warning the health care organization that it has a legal duty to honor religious exemption requests. MHS cannot simply reject them for being “wrong,” which is what it is currently doing.
“Methodist Health System cannot violate federal and state law and deny employees’ religious exemptions to inject a drug into their body. Health care heroes should not be treated like zeros,” says Liberty Counsel chief Mat Staver. “Do these hospitals really think that they can operate by reducing so many staff that are entitled to make a personal choice based upon their religious beliefs?”
“These irrational mandates will soon cause a national health care crisis.”
Covid vaccines violate the Christian religion by erasing God’s image from human DNA and polluting the body with aborted baby body parts
Back on April Fool’s Day, MHS issued an order demanding that all of its 25,000 employees take the injection(s) by October 1 or else face termination. A mere 178 of them said no, and all of them were suspended from their jobs for 14 days without pay.
As we approach October 1, the clock is running for these 178 employees who now face permanent termination if they continue to just say no. Liberty Counsel is representing them in a legal plea that calls on MHS to follow the law and do the right thing.
“Texas law dictates that employees at Methodist Health System have the fundamental right to determine what medical care to accept and refuse,” the Liberty Counsel notice explains.
“It also protects the rights of all health care workers to abstain from participation in abortion. In addition, the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act requires employers to accommodate employees’ sincere religious beliefs.”
The letter goes on to explain that none of Donald “father of the vaccine” Trump’s “Operation Warp Speed” injections have been officially approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and thus cannot be mandated.
Beyond this, Title VII states that it is unlawful for any employer to discriminate against employees on the basis of religion. Since multiple religions, including Christianity, prohibit the violation of one’s body with aborted human fetal tissue and DNA-altering that erase God’s image from a person – Fauci Flu shots contain both of these things – no employer is legally allowed to force these injections on employees.
MHS has shown nothing but contempt towards its Christian and other religious employees who refuse to violate and corrupt their bodies with experimental drugs from the government and Big Pharma. Consequently, it now faces numerous potential lawsuits.
The Supreme Court has clearly stated that “religious beliefs need not be acceptable, logical, consistent, or comprehensible to others,” including in cases where an employee does not want to take a vaccine. MHS is thus in clear violation of the law and must be punished.
“Let the lawsuits begin,” wrote one commenter at WND, eager to see MHS face justice for its crimes against humanity. “In the meantime, other businesses should discover how bad things can be without employees.”
“Time for the Texas attorney general to investigate Methodist (and other hospitals) for covid reimbursement fraud,” wrote another.
