Anti-vax Neighbours star slams ‘sellout’ celebrities for encouraging fans to get vaccinated
Former Neighbours star Damian Richardson has slammed his celebrity friends for encouraging fans to get vaccinated.
According to the Herald Sun, the 52-year-old actor was one of the key speakers at Victoria’s anti-vaccine protests.
‘Farnham, where is he? Where are all the celebrities? They are all on TV selling the vaccine. Sellouts. Good chance I won’t be working again in that industry. Well f**k them,’ he told the crowd.

‘Sometimes you just have to stand up for the truth. Come what may. Isn’t that right, my police brethren?’
This isn’t the first time Richardson has been vocal about his pro-choice stance.
Earlier this month, a group of anti-vaxxers led by Richardson screamed at Salvation Army staff after plastering hand-written signs on the storefront.

Richardson, best known as Gary Canning from the hit soap, was seen arguing with one of the workers outside the op shop on Bourke Street in Melbourne.
The group had earlier stuck up signs with anti-vaccination slogans such as ‘God does not discriminate’ and ‘Op shops are essential services’, while shouting at workers to let the unvaccinated in.
The Salvation Army has no control over Daniel Andrews’ government’s health restrictions which prevent unvaccinated people from shopping at non-essential stores.

In October Richardson also vented his anger while attending a sit-in protest along Acland Street’s dining precinct in St Kilda.
He joined protesters who were demonstrating against ‘vaccine segregation’ after stay-at-home orders were only lifted for fully-vaccinated residents.
A maskless Richardson commentated on the sit-in demonstration at St Kilda for True Arrow – a YouTube channel with strong anti-lockdown sentiment.
