In Pfizer’s original 2020 BLA they showed it prevented 2 deaths out of 21,621 doses. In their later 2021 follow-up it was revised to 1 death prevented.

Would also add that in the updated data Pfizer reported 21 deaths in the vaccine group vs only 17 in the placebo group. So there was 23% more all-cause mortality in the vaccine group.
