Antivax newspaper has links to far-right groups

The Light newspaper, which prints up to 100,000 copies per month and has more than 18,000 followers on the social media app Telegram, has shared hateful and violent messages aimed at journalists, medics and MPs while offering a platform to far-right figures who have been accused of antisemitism.

Recent articles uncovered by Marianna in Conspiracyland, the BBC Radio 4 podcast, declare that “MPs, doctors and nurses can be hanged” for “crimes against humanity”.

Posts shared by the newspaper on Telegram include cartoons of gallows and the work addresses of “people to be held to account” for taking part in plots
