A $75m (€70m) dollar lawsuit which had been filed against CNN — and involved a report by high-profile Irish reporter Donie O’Sullivan — has been dismissed.
Jack and Leslie Flynn, brother-in-law and sister-in-law of Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser to Donald Trump, filed the suit in February 2021.
