Kudlow: You Are Witnessing The Collapse Of The Democratic Party And The Deep State Forces Against Trump
FOX Business host Larry Kudlow unpacks the political fallout following the ‘Russiagate’ scandal on ‘Kudlow.’
LARRY KUDLOW, FOX BUSINESS: All right folks, a big win for America and that’s the subject of the riff. If you take a careful look at the decision of the New York Appellate Court today to throw out the unconstitutional and disgraceful 500 million dollar penalty on President Trump and his business. If you take a look at that and then you keep your nose in the newspapers and you watch New York Attorney General Letitia James getting busted for mortgage fraud, then you go back a bit and look at all the declassified documents released by Tulsi Gabbard and John Ratcliffe and Cash Patel that show the entire Russiagate hoax was quarterbacked by Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
And then you just think about this whole rotten sequence. What you see is the collapse of the legal and deep state forces against Donald Trump. In many ways you could argue it’s the collapse of the entire Democratic Party.
Not only because the deep state couldn’t bust Trump and the forces of treachery and sedition couldn’t break Trump and the prominent liars are themselves now facing criminal indictment and making it all worse for that crowd, President Trump himself was re-elected, which was the Obama-Hillary deep state’s worst nightmare. And as far as the deep state goes, it appears that all of those people who participated in the Russian hoax and various other phony trials, well, they’re getting fired from their jobs and they’re all lawyering up, aren’t they? And on top of all that, here’s Mr. Trump running a vastly successful administration in terms of economic policy and domestic policy and foreign policy. Wait a minute, don’t forget the president’s going to inspect Washington DC this evening. So let’s add law and order to that list and then close the wide open border. And that adds to the deep state’s nightmare.
Not only could they not put him in jail for 750 years or bust his businesses or throw him off the ballot or tie him to the so-called Russia hoax, but the worst thing of all for the lawyered up deep state crowd is that President Trump is succeeding in virtually every initiative he’s put forward. And not to put too fine a point on it, not to rub it in, but I want to couple Mr. Trump’s truth social policy today. A great win for America, he said.
Well, I think that describes his victory in the New York appellate court. Yes, it’s a great win for America for a bunch of different reasons. But what comes to mind to me is that it shows that eventually the American judicial system works as bad as inept and corrupt as some of these judges and spies have been, with all their political biases and weaponization and lawfare against Mr. Trump, as bad as they are. The fact is, as the cases move up the judicial totem pole, Mr. Trump has basically won them all. And that’s the riff.
