World War in Progress? “The Reluctance of Ukrainians to Continue the War”

<!– –>

On October 24, 2025, the Kyiv police began investigating the death of a 43-year-old man who died in the office of the Kyiv military administration in the Podoli district. According to the official version from the military administration, he was injured in a fall to the floor.

On October 30, 2025, at the military administration in the Poltava region in the city of Kremenchuk, a man who was to be mobilized into the army pulled out a homemade pistol and shot two local soldiers.

On the same day in Odessa, there was an attempt by soldiers from the military administration to forcibly detain a man of military age and mobilize him at a market in the morning. They were attacked by a crowd of people who overturned their minibus.

According to reports from Ukrainian media, there were eight attacks on military administration members during their mobilization actions in October in Ukraine. Evidently there was already little willingness among Ukrainians to continue the war.

Ukrainian soldiers reported from Pokrovsk that they were still being sufficiently supplied from the air and that they were not surrounded, which did not make sense, because if they had to be supplied from the air, they must have been surrounded. There could be no doubt that Pokrovsk, which had a population of 60,000 before the war, and the nearby Myrnohrad, which had a population of 46,000 before the war, would soon be occupied by the Russian army.

The reluctance of Ukrainians to continue the war and the difficult position of the Ukrainian army in Pokrovsk likely led the countries of the “Coalition of the Willing” to organize a secret meeting in Madrid on October 31, 2025, attended by 35 countries. It was led by the Spanish Foreign Ministry and was to discuss further assistance to Ukraine. Participants had to leave their mobile phones in a designated place before the meeting to avoid eavesdropping. It could be assumed that the participants of the meeting would discuss sending their soldiers as “volunteers” to Ukraine to prevent the withdrawal of the Ukrainian army from territories where the Russian-speaking population had revolted in 2014 against being integrated into the West.

The conflict, which originally was a war between western and eastern Ukraine and then evolved into a war between western Ukraine and Russia, would ultimately become almost an open war between the European Union and Russia over territory that did not identify with the EU. Given that a world war is evidently taking place in Ukraine between the EU, allied with the USA, and Russia, allied with China, a proportional response to the arrival of European soldiers at the Ukrainian front would be the arrival of Chinese soldiers—also “volunteers“—on the Ukrainian front to prevent further NATO advances eastward, toward China’s borders. This could, with a bit of reason and luck for the planet’s population, mark the end of the war in Ukraine. NATO’s eastward expansion in Europe, as a direct conflict between the armies of these two factions would inevitably lead to nuclear war. The great powers would only need to timely realize this and agree on the establishment of a democratic UN that would address state incursions into new territories by sending troops against aggressors without veto power for the great powers. This could prevent further wars in the struggle for the domination of the world among world powers. Even the Ukrainian war may have a Happy End.

The Director of the SBU, Lieutenant General Vasil Maljuk, said during a joint press conference with Volodymyr Zelensky that the security forces of Ukraine and foreign intelligence services destroyed one of the three Russian mid-range (5,500 km) ballistic missiles called Oreshnik in a hangar in Kapustin Yar during the night of July 8 to 9, 2023, at a time when the public was still unaware of the missile. According to him, in addition to Volodymyr Zelensky, the presidents of several other countries were informed about it. The West thus indicated that it had destroyed one of Russia’s most valuable weapons. Russia could interpret this as a reason to respond in kind and attack some advanced weapon on the U.S. territory. In those days a nuclear war can break out any time “completely unexpectedly” for the global public.”
