Trump promotes artist who suggests Earth is flat
On Truth Social in recent days, Donald Trump has promoted artwork by Vanessa Horabuena, a painter he previously hosted at the White House.

Trump recently shared a painting of himself created by Horabuena. The painting depicted Trump looking toward some mountains, one of which had a cross on top.
On Tuesday, he posted a video of her painting Jesus on the cross, with a nativity scene artistically embedded in Jesus’ hair.
In social media posts discovered by MeidasTouch, Horabuena has publicly questioned the Apollo moon landings and suggested that NASA is lying about basic science, including implying the Earth may be flat. The artist shared a flat earth map showing other continents beyond an ice wall while claiming the map is hanging in the United Nations in New York.

Horabuena also claimed, “The moon landing never happened” and “NASA lies.” It’s funny how the Trump administration oversees NASA and the artist doesn’t seem to have a problem with it.
Despite her record of conspiracy-laden claims, Trump has continued to amplify her work to his followers, spotlighting an artist whose views align with broader anti-scientific and conspiratorial thinking common in MAGA online spaces.
