Nicki Minaj says 1969 moon landing didn’t happen

WASHINGTON (TNND) — Rapper Nicki Minaj said she doesn’t think that the 1969 moon landing happened.
The new MAGA figure exclaimed her belief during a recent appearance on the “Katie Miller Podcast.”
Minaj’s comment comes as Miller, the wife of White House advisor Stephen Miller, asked the “Starships” artist if there were any conspiracy theories she believed were true. She named the moon landing and the conspiracies around presidential elections as examples.
“No, I don’t think we landed on the moon,” Minaj said.
When Miller asked if Minaj was being serious, the rapper doubled down.
“I asked Elon this one,” Miller said, who previously worked under Musk.
“He said we did indeed land on the moon.”
Minaj joins Kim Kardashian in her skepticism over the moon landing. Kardashian said in an October 2025 airing of “The Kardashians” that she believed the moon landing was “fake.”
Her comments prompted a response from NASA acting administrator Sean Duffy who took to X to school the social media media queen.
“Yes, @KimKardashian, we’ve been to the Moon before 6 times!” Duffy wrote on X.
Minaj’s appearance on Miller’s podcast comes as the rapper has publicly aligned herself with the Trump administration and its conservative allies.
The rapper called herself Trump’s “number one fan” while on stage for the U.S. Treasury Department’s Trump Accounts Summit. Minaj was photographed hand-in-hand with Trump at the event.
At one point in the interview with Miller, Minaj shared that she felt compelled to become more politically involved after witnessing the “bullying” that Trump faced on the 2024 campaign trail.
“But if I’m being honest, President Trump because when I saw how he was being treated over and over and over, I just couldn’t handle it,” Minaj told Miller.
