Gaslighting: “Unprecedented Global Matrix of Manipulation Directed at Humanity Itself.” The Covid Atrocity … and Its Aftermath

Merriam-Webster dictionary chose ‘gaslighting’ as its “word of the year” for 2022.

M-W defined gaslighting as:

“Psychological manipulation of a person, usually over an extended period of time, that causes the victim to question the validity of their own thoughts, perception of reality, or memories, and typically leads to confusion, loss of confidence and self esteem, uncertainty of one’s emotional or mental stability, and a dependency on the perpetrator.”

The original inspiration for the word gaslighting comes from the 1930s play Gas Light, by Patrick Hamilton. The play was followed in 1940 and 1944 by two movie versions based on the play, both given the title Gaslight.

The play and movies depict a woman utterly manipulated by her evil husband, to the point of doubting her own sanity. The main motive for the manipulation is crazed greed.

M.-W.’s definition above does describe the manipulation carried out in the play and movies. The definition doesn’t quite capture the really creepy process of manipulation carried out by the perpetrator.

But more to the point, the definition offered by M-W doesn’t reflect the main impetus for, or the full meaning and spirit of, the increased usage of gaslighting in recent years: M.-W.’s definition implies that gaslighting refers to a private manipulation process, between individuals.

Far from denoting a private process, gaslighting’s recent upsurge in usage is in response to an unprecedented global matrix of manipulation directed at humanity itself.

The manipulation was highly organized, broadly institutionalized, deploying seemingly unlimited political, mass media and financial resources:

There were very many perpetrators.

Instead of one victim there were potentially billions.

The intense matrix of manipulation began in early 2020.

An intense, sustained, potentially crazy-making fear-fomenting health-related manipulation inundated humanity, with most medical authorities and institutions, and most political figures and institutions, in country after country, ‘singing the same tune’.

Of course, authoritative brazen dishonesty intended to manipulate the public has been going on for a very long time: throughout history.

But the multi-faceted campaign of manipulation deployed beginning in 2020 combined an intensity, and global reach, and authoritative posture, that was unprecedented. And all for a most pernicious purpose: to implement the global COVID atrocity operation.

The falsehoods and absurdities and questionable assertions that drove and ‘justified’ the COVID operation were accompanied by an equally intense campaign to silence or punish those who questioned or opposed the gaslighting.

In the aftermath of the COVID atrocity, the word gaslighting has taken on a familiar broad function, denoting all manner of authoritative dishonesty and absurdity.

In the case of the COVID atrocity, the gaslighting of humanity was initially largely successful. Most people were fooled, submitted, and many even became ardent supporters of the dubious or pernicious measures being implemented.

The COVID atrocity was initially driven by non-stop fear-porn: A rogue minute mysterious globe-enveloping viral entity was deemed to exist and pose a great danger to humanity.

Then, in short order, after ‘viral’ fear infected much of humanity, the very profitable ‘wondrous salvation’ was announced.

The minute mysterious dreaded entity would be defeated by injecting humanity with “safe and effective” materials concocted and produced in record time by the amazing efforts of science and technology.

Prior to and then along with those wondrous injections, all manner of absurd and harmful policies and procedures were urged upon or forced upon the global public.

These measures were mandated or urged in the guise of health and safety and concern and science and good citizenship and the like.

And those who resisted the inundation of mandates and manipulation were deemed ‘enemies of the people’, irresponsible wierdos, ‘extremists’, ‘anti-science’, anti-vaxers’, and so on.

Besides those who actually planned the COVID atrocity, the initiating perpetrators, very many others took part.

Many holding positions of institutional authority became key secondary perpetrators.

Then there were the very many people who became in effect COVID atrocity mercenaries – perpetrators for hire.

But also, as noted, crucial to the success of the COVID crime against humanity, there were countless people who were successfully manipulated – ‘gaslit’ – and were in effect recruited to become ardent supporters of COVID policies, ensuring the COVID gaslighting had global power and reach and impact.

But some considerable minority of people resisted the gaslighting, saw through it, challenged it, questioned it, and it was especially among those that the term gaslighting became a popular means of describing the new situation: non-stop absurdities and lies and psy ops and pressure and manipulation, all designed to ‘justify’ and help implement all manner of draconian measures and changes, including the repudiation of basic laws, basic ethical principles, established medical practices, and common sense itself.

As to what distinguished those who challenged the gaslight from those who succumbed to the gaslight is hard to say. Immunity to COVID gaslighting may correlate with a lack of devotion to television or radio ‘news’.

Whatever the reasons, it was the case that in many countries, those whose discernment led to some form of resistance were in a minority.

Most seemed to resemble the typically sensible neighbor who to my surprise offered in 2020 the sad opinion that “I guess we’re all going to die from this virus.” Another, on being offered a ride, replied “Okay, as long as you don’t have that virus.”

In late 2020 my wife and I made one of our infrequent trips to a COSCO store in a city in Ontario.

We had no knowledge of the COVID protocols that had been decided upon at that COSCO, so at the checkout counter I began to fill our grocery bags as the items were tallied.

A helper approached me looking apprehensive and began to help place groceries into our bags.

But as she began, the cashier screamed out at her, “It’s not worth your life!” I was rather startled. I noticed the woman who had yelled the dire warning looking frantically at two gentlemen, presumably security, leaning close to each other against a wall some 40 feet or so away.

They responded by straightening themselves up and paying attention in my direction, but remained close to the wall.

My wife and I continued filling the grocery bags and we left without further incident.

We had not understood that the new ‘proper’ was to stand back at a ‘safe distance’ and let the helper fill our bags for us.

Many people with memories now look back at those days and ‘marvel’, though the present tense too seems well supplied with new marvels of madness.

The very existence of an actual “pandemic” when it was declared in 2020 is in serious question, as in the informed conclusions of Dr, Mike Yeadon, former VP at Pfizer, and Canadian scientist Denis Rancourt.

After the ‘pandemic; was declared, it happened that police grappled with people even outdoors who were unmasked.

Many drove alone with a mask on.

On my entering a local store unmasked, a masked man screamed at me: “Where’s your mask!” I asked “Who are you behind the mask?” It turned out to be a neighbor. I said “Perhaps masks do more harm than good.” The look in the masked man’s eyes expressed crazed disbelief.

Families and friendships were split apart by the worries of those who had ‘sensibly and responsibly’ sought safety via injection with “safe and effective” experimental materials. Their fear of the dreaded minute entity was now coupled with fear of their not-injected friends and family members.

Empathy and fellowship were weaponized: Proof of being a responsible caring human being was to get the injections.

People crossing borders in places were condemned to a period of detention/surveillance, and the threat of huge fines for non-compliance.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada speculated that those who refused to be injected with “safe and effective” unknown experimental materials were possibly misogynists, extremists and racists, and wondered out loud what the government ought to do about such troublesome people.

Injection dysfunction was inadvertently confessed by Trudeau when he warned that the un-injected shouldn’t think they they could get on planes and trains and put the injected population at risk.

So many absurdities: unreliable or easily manipulated PCR tests created a tsunami of so-called cases, ‘justifying’ all manner of nonsensical measures. Lockdown the facility and don’t allow anyone in or out!

The seasonal flu miraculously disappeared.

Hospital visits became deadly dangerous in many jurisdictions, as harmful protocols were enforced, and sensible medical practise constrained.

People were quickly trained to follow arrows, stay 6 feet away from others, seek safety in cellophane, stay out of church, but buy your liquor.

In order to do misleading testing, a potentially injurious prod was poked far up even little children’s noses to near their brains.

Many deaths from many causes were re-defined, often profitably, as COVID deaths.

The whole operation was spectacularly disorienting and crazy-making.

The ‘expert’ and ‘authoritative’ and institutionally powerful purveyors of the absurdities of the COVID atrocity are the equivalent of grade school teachers with straight faces repeating endlessly to their young charges the sanity warping and arithmetic destroying assertion that 2+2=5.

And furthermore, any kid who objects gets sat in the corner and made to wear a dunce hat, and if the recalcitrant persists, more serious measures follow.

A simple lie typically does not lead those who believe the lie to begin to wonder about their own sanity.

A common layman’s definition of insanity is ‘being out of touch with reality’: a crazy person believes that their hallucinations are real, and acts accordingly.

For the crazy person, the non-existent monster lurking outside their door is ‘real’ and terrifying.

So in simple terms, effective gaslighting leads people to believe in and act upon false assumptions; to act irrationally: to that extent, effective gaslighting does drive people crazy.

In the case of the COVID atrocity psy op, billions were in effect driven more or less crazy.

And, in the case of the COVID atrocity gaslighting, if you were not driven crazy, if you remained sane, and especially sane and honest and had your wits about you, and even worse, sane and honest and with backbone and wit, you would definitely face punishment in some way or other.

Dissenting voices or dissenting data that challenged prescribed COVID narratives were the forbidden; reports of injuries after injection were ignored or explained away or derided or attacked.

On the other hand, virtually no one has been held accountable for the countless deaths and injuries and destruction and mayhem caused by the COVID gaslighting operation.

At the moment, German lawyer Reiner Fuellmich, who spearheaded a penetrating and broad investigation into the COVID atrocity, still remains in prison after three year. He was placed there on false charges after being kidnapped by the German state.

And lawyer Arno van Kessel, a key lawyer in the process by which some of the high profile people involved in the COVID atrocity, including Bill Gates, are facing trial in the Netherlands, was arrested in 2025 and remains in March of 2026 in a maximum security prison.

Based on the above, I think that a primary definition of gaslighting should include direct reference to “authoritative and repeated falsehoods, including absurdities, directed at a broad public.”

What were the motives for the COVID atrocity operation?

Possible motives include the intention of weakening much of the human population, with key attacks being vs reproductive health, and vs mental health and acuity; facilitating the ambition of hi-tech-based full-spectrum global totalitarian control; satanic anti-human ideology running wild; mad-science meta experimentation; boundless greed.

The most vulnerable to being ‘gaslit’ are the very young. I recall the 10 year old who was shocked to learn that Santa Claus was not a real person; another of around the same age finally realized that superman was a cartoon character.

But it is apparent that adults en masse are quite vulnerable to believing authoritative absurdities, especially absurdities that have been repeated, and are believed by one’s fellows.

One of the most commonly successful forms of political gaslighting is one where the repeated absurdity escapes designation as absurdity, and is broadly believed and becomes influential ‘fact’.

Voltaire’s words above remind us where believed absurdities can lead.

Over the last decades uncounted millions have been murdered and injured by wars of aggression – the supreme crime in international law.

A barrage of absurdities and falsehoods enabled and ‘justified’ every such depravity.

But there are also many common examples of ‘gaslighting under the radar’: gaslighting that has become ‘normalized’ and invisible and yet extremely influential.

Carbon or carbon dioxide as Earth’s enemy, ‘anti-Semitic’, and ‘conspiracy theory’ are among contemporary champions in the gaslighting realm.

But consider ‘pedophilia’, or ‘democracy’, or ‘defense department‘, or ‘health care’, or ‘free press’, or ‘higher education’

The United States is especially prolific in emitting unacknowledged gaslighting: the United States as a ‘Constitutional Republic’, or ‘Oswald killed JFK’, or for that matter ‘Sirhan Sirhan killed RFK’, or ‘Israel is our greatest ally’.

Let’s go through some of the above.

Given that animals emit carbon dioxide to live and plants need it to live, and would benefit from more, one would think that demonizing carbon dioxide would be a tough sell. Cow’s flatulence too has been deemed by the gaslight to be a grave danger to Earth. All in the name of saving the planet and the carbon ‘stink’ profit motive.

The term anti-Semitic literally means ‘against the Semites’, which is a hair’s breadth away from meaning ‘against the Arabs’ which is a hair’s breadth away from meaning ‘against the Palestinians’.

That inherently dishonest term has been transmuted into a reflexive pejorative aimed at all manner of criticism of Jews or Israel, including crazed Jewish or Israeli behavior, like the attempted genocide of the Semitic Palestinian people.

The term ‘conspiracy theory’ originated as a tactical term used to deride people who questioned the obviously questionable ‘official narrative’ of the JFK public execution and coup.

The use of the term became commonplace in mass media and then among ‘normies’ as an automatic deflationary counter-stroke versus explanations for political events that suggested hidden and nefarious agendas at work.

Nothing to see here, folks: That there may be secret planning for nefarious purposes is implied to be a ridiculous notion. Reality is as described by CNN et al.

The gaslighting word pedophilia literally means love of children, but it refers to deranged people who for selfish and crazed purposes prey on children, harm children, traumatize children, torture children.

So an appropriate replacement term would be something like ‘pedo-predators’.

And then there’s ‘democracy’, which literally means ‘rule by the many’, whereas in practice it ain’t so. Oligarchy literally means ‘rule by the few’, and it is so.

And so on.

For long, the public was mesmerized into, in effect, deploying against itself the gaslighting it had imbibed.

This realization is a key part of today’s general ‘awakening’.

Despite the incalculable damage done via the COVID atrocity operation, in its wake there are signs of a great awakening.

Gaslighting shows signs of losing effectiveness: Sanity and honesty seem to be making a comeback.

Not too many people bought “Epstein Files don’t exist”.

Fewer people are gaslit into war fever when told that initiating a war of aggression based on lies is the right thing to do, and that the victim country defending itself is the bad guy.

Fewer parents are true believers in the absurdity that the best way to health for their children is via injecting babies and children over and over with unproven unknown materials that bestow great profit on the various perpetrators, who have been granted legal immunity from the harm they do.

But extreme wariness remains prudent: the recent advent of AI as a means of disseminating ‘authoritative absurdity’ en masse has reared its impressive celebrated head.
