DOJ to Investigate Private Information Being Given To Election Fraudsters

Includes YOUR Social Security and Drivers’ License Numbers as Well
A stack of US drivers’ licenses.
The Department of Homeland Security first brought its concerns about this to the Justice Department in September 2025, when Pam Bondi was Attorney General.
More than a year later, Secretary Mullin, who replaced Kristi Nome, wrote to Attorney General Todd Blanche in a letter dated Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026, that requests DOJ look into the matter. One year later…
What did Bondi do with this information?? (ZERO) But, I digress…
The same fraud machinery that selected a feeble old man, Joe Biden, over a highly capable candidate, is now setting up to seize the US Senate and House in the 2026 midterms.
Maria Bartoromo was handcuffed by Fox for trying to report on it. You will NOT hear this on any news channel.
(Might Maria Bartoromo become the next Press Secretary, replacing Levitt?)
Last Wednesday, the Department of Homeland Security referred possible violations of the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act to the DOJ. The issue is the transfer of millions of pieces of Americans’ sensitive personal information data, from their drivers’ records, to two hard left-wing groups, the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) and the Chan Zuckerberg Foundation.
These two groups – ERIC and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) – have notorious involvement with election “irregularities”. I have written, repeatedly, about both, since 2021.
Just to refresh your memory, in 2020, CZI gave $350 million to a group called Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), under the auspices of Covid protection for election officials and voters. All in all, less than 3% of the Zuckerberg millions was found to have been used for Covid-related protection; of course, exact numbers are difficult to figure, as the CZI is a private philanthropy.
CTCL was founded by former Obama acolytes. Anyone surprised?
The CZI money was termed, “Zuck Bucks”, and was accepted by election officials around the country. For example, Alan Hayes, Supervisor or Elections in Lake County, FL, took $106,000 of it. That’s a lot of Covid masks for his staff…
Twenty – eight states have now banned these “Zuck Bucks”, but it is really all for show. The election fraud criminals will pull a different stunt. Like your drivers’ license information…
In all, at least 25 states received payouts from Zuckerberg in 2020. The states remaining, were either considered “sure Left” or “hopeless”, I’d assume.
Here is how that worked in one state.
According to the Foundation for Government Accountability, Georgia, with 16 electoral college votes, received more than $31 million in “Zuck Bucks” for the general election alone, one of the largest amounts in the country – nearly 9 percent of all Zuckerberg funding, even though Georgia has just over 3 percent of the country’s population
Trump won Georgia by more than five points in 2016. He lost it by three-tenths of a percentage point in 2020.
GA counties that didn’t receive Zuck Bucks showed hardly any movement. Counties that were funded by Zuck Bucks voted, on average, 2.3 percentage points more “D” than in 2016.
It was the same story in other states. Now, the crooks have found a different approach.
Then, there’s ERIC . . .
David Becker – AI Elections Initiative
ERIC, is the one I have written about for years.
The Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) was designed and promoted, 2010 – 2012, by David Becker (above), a former DOJ employee and avowed Conservative hater. ERIC was designed and developed with Pew Research, donations from George Soros and a few other liberal trusts, after Obama lost the majority in the 2010 midterms.
Becker’s baby, ERIC, came online in 2012, and was sold to individual states as a voter roll maintenance system. A one-time fee of $25,000 per state is charged when a state joins. THEN, there are annual fees, ranging from $48,000 – $183,000 for 2027.
The voter roll maintenance system being used by several dozen states pre-ERIC, was Kansas Crosscheck, which was considered helpful and effective. It was also free to states, to help their election officials to identify registered voters who had moved out of state.
In order to upset that apple cart, and give states a need for “help in roll maintenance”, I believe, a class-action lawsuit by the ACLU of KS, accusing the Crosscheck system of exposing voters to “identity theft” , just happened to pop up. Kansas Crosscheck was closed down.
Think about that: a judicial decision of “IDENTITY THEFT”, gave the real thieves of our private information the all-clear to proceed with their systems.
Markwayne Mullins is absolutely correct to bring this to the DOJ. But, do they have the time before Midterms to respond effectively? Or, at all…
ERIC and its collection of private data has been a subject of concern since Rick Scott was Governor of Florida, 2011 – 2019. As the new voter roll management system came online in 2012, Governor Scott refused to join Florida to the system because of what he considered the mishandling of residents’ private information.
If you remember, ERIC gathers every name, address and phone number of every person living in a state, and mandates the state to register them to vote. Even if the person never registered, (or even existed?) the name remains in the system. NO PERSONAL DATA WAS EVER RETURNED OR REMOVED FORM THE ERIC SYSTEM. If you have ever lived in an ERIC state, its AI data base still has your information.
ERIC is essentially an AI data base of names, addresses and personal information.
*****
David Becker has NO intention of allowing a Conservative to win anything, at any time, if he can help it. He is an avowed conservative-hater, whose background shows his disregard for the law, in reaching his anti-American goals. Here are a few things you need to understand about David Becker.
Remember, ERIC was developed after the 2010 shellacking taken by Obama in those Midterms. David Becker had been fired from his job at the DOJ in 2005, for what Hans Von Spakovsky called the most blatantly illegal act he had ever witnessed, – telling the city of Boston that he, Becker, would fix the charges being brought against them by the DOJ for election irregularities. Becker was the creator of ERIC.
Becker will stop at nothing. Now, he has more of our driver’s license and Soc. Sec. information.
Begins to feel like a national emergency, to me.
DHS says at least nine states authorized agreements allowing the transfer, and those states collectively have more than 48 million registered voters. The agency believes the number of individuals whose data was involved could be higher because motor-vehicle files also include people who were not registered to vote. Bet we could come real close to naming those nine states…
More phantom voters for Midterms 2026.
ERIC claims a research exception. Mullin says that exception bars contacting people, and DHS has evidence that ERIC has contacted “eligible or possibly eligible” unregistered citizens. Georgia emails show CEIR was “coordinating ERIC outreach” and contacting each person in the motor vehicle file.
I will try to learn, for a future article, which other states were contacted by CEIR and/or ERIC. Could this have had anything to do with the sudden resignations in July 2026, of two large “red-state” directors of elections, Maria Matthews (FL) and Jane Nelson (TX)??
I promise to keep digging. Things are getting really foul.
A Trump administration official said DOJ could issue a cease-and-desist, levy penalties, or review ERIC’s 501(c)(3) status.
The key to this may be a reminder that a federal judge just handed Va Gov Spanberger this past week> the Contracts Clause. Essentially, it is that a state cannot go against federal law.
Sr. US District Judge Robert Payne, a Bush appointee, ruled that Virginia broke the Contracts Clause, the provision that stops a state from voiding a deal already locked in just because officials change their mind.
Payne found that is exactly what Virginia tried to do to the 287(g) agreements already running between ICE and local sheriffs.
He also found the VA law illegally tries to dictate how federal agents do their jobs, a violation of intergovernmental immunity.
Translation: Spanberger tried to rewrite contracts a governor does not get to touch, and a federal judge told her so.
If this applies to ICE, might it also apply to election law?
18 USCode 2725, Drivers Privacy Protection Act became federal law in 1994, under President Bill Clinton. It governs the privacy and disclosure of personal information in DMV records. It essentially bans releasing or using drivers’ personal information without the person’s express consent, with limited allowed exceptions.
I’m not an attorney, but I can pray…please join me.
