QAnon

Questions about QAnon answered

We’ve all heard a lot about that mysterious organization QAnon for the last couple years. What do you really know about that social aberration? Since the Jan 6th riot in Washington, D.C., there have been many investigative reports intended to shed light on that new cult. I’ve followed as many of the investigations as I could and I’ll try here to give you my interpretation.

I think it’s important to dismantle the name QAnon for a better understanding. What exactly does it mean? According to some of the reports I’ve read and watched, Q is a specific level of security clearance within the military industrial complex.

Some speculate General Michael Flynn is Q and therefore responsible for all the convoluted messages generated to steer the faithful. Sure, no doubt pulling the strings to disburse a defense budget of hundreds of billions of dollars holds much allure to manipulate.

Flynn is probably involved but I think Q is much more than one guy with a personal plan. I suspect Steve Bannon and the Breitbart group are part of the crew jerking people around in an attempt to resurrect and perpetuate the political fortunes of the gang which lost control in Washington.

I consider Bannon because he is part of the religious right fringe in D.C. Also, “Q” denotes within the literary world of biblical studies, the source for the quotes of Jesus. QAnon is nothing less than a religious splinter group.

If you look up “anon” in the dictionary you’ll find a dual meaning. One is interpreted as more or less, ” tomorrow will be here soon.” The other interpretation means “anonymously.” Who in their right mind would follow an anonymous spiritual leader? Why would people eagerly interpret mysterious anonymous messages delivered via digital media?

Well, if you think about it, the mass of people following QAnon aren’t doing the interpreting. There are select individuals issuing their interpretations which people then swallow hook, line and sinker.

The decrees issued are right out of bizarro land and should raise immediate questions. Isn’t it odd that QAnon has accused members of the Democratic Party, Hollywood and the liberal media as all being pedophiles who drink the blood of babies?

I guess the first question is, where is the evidence? I suggest that will be found in the same filing cabinet with all the election fraud evidence. In other words, it doesn’t exist.

But people want to believe. That was part of the motivation which drove them Jan. 6 seeking to kill all those baby killers at the capital.

So, what are the underlying implications of this Q-Anon movement? We’ve seen them all wearing shirts and carrying signs declaring, “Q sent me” or “I am Q” and “Q is the way.” I believe we are witnessing another major splinter group that exited mainstream Christianity for a path to the ultra-right. Representative Marjorie Taylor-Greene proudly wears her crucifix as she defends her faith in Q.

They’ve got their guns and they have their anger and they have an anonymous leader telling them when and where to march. They are in formation doing a quick step to the past. They want a white world at any cost.

Not only does Christianity have another challenge but so does the Republican Party. That guy who was president for the last four years has stated he will start a new political party with the Q folks as his base. He intends to return to power, to insure the swamp is drained, to prevent all the corruption that he detests.

The existing Republican Party, after all, did fail him. They failed to insure his victory and now they’ll have to get out of the way because he intends to call the shots again.

No doubt Mitch McConnell understands what will happen when the cavalry splits prior to the next big battle. Big changes are right around the corner for all of us.
