JFK Assassination

Lyndon Johnson’s Role in the JFK Assassination

Ever since the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, a question has naturally arisen: What role, if any, did Vice-President Lyndon Johnson play in the assassination?

With the publication of Douglas P. Horne’s massive 5-volume book Inside the Assassination Records Review Board, the national-security establishment’s role in the assassination has now been established beyond a reasonable doubt. That’s because Horne meticulously detailed the fraud in the autopsy that the U.S. military carried out on Kennedy’s body on Continue Reading

Why the JFK Assassination Still Matters

Someone might reasonably ask, “What difference does the JFK assassination make to those of us living today? The assassination took place more than 60 years ago. Everyone involved in it is now dead. Why not just forget it and move on?’

Those are reasonable questions, especially when they come from young people. Why should they care about who killed Kennedy?

The reason lies in the governmental structure under all of us have been born and raised — Continue Reading

A Great New Book on the JFK Assassination

A great new book on the U.S. national-security establishment’s assassination of President John F. Kennedy has recently been published. It is entitled The Final Analysis by David W. Mantik and Jerome R. Corsi.

Longtime supporters of The Future of Freedom Foundation might recognize Mantik’s name. That’s because he was one of the speakers at our online 2021 conference entitled “The National Security State and the Kennedy Assassination.” In fact, Mantik cites presentations at that conference in Continue Reading

The Pentagon’s Killing Machine in Ukraine

The Wall Street Journal reported yesterday that the Ukrainian government is lowering the draft age for Ukrainian men from 27 to 25. The measure is “part of an effort to bolster its depleted armed forces after two years of fighting Russia’s invasion and facing renewed assaults.” According to the Journal, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky “said in February that 31,000 Ukrainian soldiers had been killed in action, but military analysts say the true total is likely far higher.”

CIA Secrecy on JFK Points to Criminal Culpability

More than 30 years ago, Congress enacted the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992. Enacted in the wake of Oliver Stone’s movie JFK, which posited that the Kennedy assassination was a regime-change operation on the part of the U.S. national-security establishment, the law mandated that all the assassination-related records of the Pentagon, the CIA, the Secret Service, the FBI, and other federal agencies be released to the public. Having succeeded in keeping their assassination-related records Continue Reading

Prigozhin, Navalny, and Gershkovich

The top of the Wall Street Journal’s website states: “Evan Gershkovich: 11 Months Detained.” The statement refers to the Journal’s reporter who has been incarcerated by Russian authorities on accusations that he engaged in illegal spying on Russia.

In March 2023, Gershkovich was living in Russia and writing articles for the Journal that were critical of Russia’s war on Ukraine. At the same time that he was criticizing the Russian regime, according to the Journal, he was enjoying Continue Reading

The Worries of a Retiring NSA Chief

Gen. Paul M. Nakasone, who recently retired as director of the National Security Agency, is worried. He’s worried about terrorism, drug cartels, Russia, China, hackers, spies, and other scary things. His many worries are detailed in an op-ed he has in the Washington Post today entitled, “What Worries Me Most After Five Years as Leader of the NSA.”

Surprisingly, for some unknown reason, Nakasone expressed no worry whatsoever about the “invasion” of illegal immigrants on our southern Continue Reading

Unnecessary Death and Suffering in Ukraine

As I was reading an article about Ukraine in the New York Times a few days ago, I could not help but grimace. It detailed how very elderly people in towns on the front lines in the Russia-Ukraine war are insisting on staying put. At their ages, they would rather face the prospect of death than vacate the homes in which they have expected to Iive the rest of their lives. As the article describes it:

Is Russia Copying the U.S. Espionage Act?

On December 29, the New York Times published an article entitled “How the Russian Government Silences Wartime Dissent,” which details the Russian government’s prosecution of Russian citizens who criticize Russia’s war on Ukraine. According to the article, “In the first 18 months of the war, the law scooped up a vast array of ordinary Russians — schoolteachers, pensioners, groundskeepers, a carwash owner — for punishment.” The article points out that the prosecutions have resulted in widespread “self-censorship” in Continue Reading

An Excellent JFK Conference

Two weeks ago, I attended an excellent conference on the Kennedy assassination that was sponsored by the Cyril H. Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and Law at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Cyril H. Wecht, who is now in his 90s, is one of the country’s most renowned forensics pathologists. For decades, he has courteously and heroically stood squarely against the conclusions set forth by the Warren Commission as well as the conclusions arising out of the autopsy that Continue Reading
