Dismantle NATO, or At Least Get Out

The United States and other countries are debating whether to admit Ukraine into NATO which, of course, would virtually guarantee an all-out nuclear war between the United States and Russia. I’ve got a better idea: Dismantle this old Cold War dinosaur, or at the very least, the United States should withdraw from it, which would undoubtedly lead to its demise anyway.

NATO was formed after World War II to ostensibly protect Western Europe from an invasion by the Continue Reading

The Mafia Did Not Orchestrate JFK’s Assassination

NOTICE: Owing to vacation plans, FFF Daily will not be sent out during the week of July 3. It will resume on Monday, July 10.

****

With this being the 60th anniversary year of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, there will undoubtedly be an increasing number of articles in the mainstream press about the assassination leading up to November 22, the date that Kennedy was murdered.

It is a virtual certainty that the articles Continue Reading

Has Russia Been Degraded Enough?

American interventionists undoubtedly finished the weekend in a deep depression over the fact that Russia did not devolve into full-scale civil war. With Wagner Group’s leader Yevgeny Prigozhin’s decision to give up his short-lived plan to initiate such a war, the possibility of a deadly Russian civil war evaporated at the same time. Just think how much more Russia would have been degraded with the deaths and injuries of millions of Russian people. “Darn!” U.S. interventionists and the U.S. Continue Reading

What Is Evan Gershkovich’s Side of the Story?

Last March 29, Russian officials arrested Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich and charged him with espionage. Prior to his arrest, Gershkovich had been writing a series of critical articles regarding Russia’s invasion of Ukraine that the Journal had been publishing. He has been incarcerated ever since and is awaiting trial.

From the very start, the Wall Street Journal, along with U.S. officials, has steadfastly maintained Geshkovich’s innocence, claiming that he isn’t really a spy.

However, it Continue Reading

The Anti-Communist Crusade

A central feature of the Cold War racket was the anti-communist crusade. At the behest of the U.S. national-security establishment, the entire nation became obsessed with the commies, both foreign and domestic. The Reds were coming to get us. They were everywhere. They were in Korea, Vietnam, Cuba, Russia, China, Guatemala, Chile, Indonesia, Brazil, and most everywhere else. They were in Congress, the military, the executive branch, the political system, the universities, and  Hollywood. In the 1950s, people were Continue Reading

Why JFK Was Deemed a Threat to National Security

Three days ago — June 10 — was the 60th anniversary of President Kennedy’s Peace Speech at American University. Reading or listening to the speech today, it is not difficult to see why the U.S. national-security establishment deemed Kennedy to be a grave threat to national security, just as it did with certain foreign leaders, such as Prime Minister Mohammad Mossadegh of Iran, Congo leader Patrice Lumumba, Guatemalan President Jacobo Arbenz and, later, President Salvador Allende of Chile.

What If Russia Pulls a Hiroshima/Nagasaki on Kiev?

Today’s Los Angeles Times contains a letter to the editor from a North Hollywood person named Dave Simon, which states in part the following: “To this day, I have no regret that President Harry Truman saved many American lives as well of thousands of others all across the globe by ordering the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.”

Simon’s sentiment has always been the popular justification for the U.S. atomic bombings of the people in those two Japanese Continue Reading

Who Would Ukraine Supporters Support if the U.S. Invaded Cuba?

American statists cannot understand why the Russian people continue to support their president Vladimir Putin and their government’s invasion of Ukraine. For American statists, the issue is very simple: Russia invaded Ukraine. Russia bad. Russians should oppose Russian president Vladimir Putin and the Russian regime. End of story.

Fair enough. But let’s engage in a hypothetical.

Let’s assume that Russia establishes military bases and installs nuclear weapons in Cuba. The U.S. government declares, “No way, bud! We Continue Reading
