Speranza and the anti-vax complaints, the latest case against the former minister has been archived
The Rome Ministerial Court has closed the latest proceedings against former Health Minister Roberto Speranza, which began following some complaints relating to the vaccination campaign.
The order, in line with what has already been stated in the request for dismissal by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, recognizes the correctness of Speranza’s conduct aimed exclusively at defending the public interest and citizens’ right to health.
The lawyer Danilo Leva, lawyer of the former Minister of Health Roberto Speranza, wrote this in a note.
