Dr Hal Puthoff, a former adviser to the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) and a researcher previously funded by the CIA, made the remarks during an appearance on Steve Bartlett’s podcast, “The Diary of a CEO”, alongside filmmaker Dan Farah. “Given the level of quality of their technology, if they didn’t want to be seen, we wouldn’t be seeing them,” Puthoff said. “So it seems like, I would say there’s evidence that, for whatever reason, they’re wanting to be seen.”
