Russia Responds to NATO’s “AI Military Terrorism” Directed Against Civilians, with Effective Hypersonic Precision

The last several days have seen a massive escalation in long-range strikes on both sides of the NATO-orchestrated Ukrainian conflict. Supported by American technofascist AI corporations, the Kiev regime has launched numerous strikes on civilian targets all across Russia. In addition to the terrorist attack on a student dormitory in Starobelsk that killed and wounded nearly 100 teenagers, there was another one on June 3. Namely, a drone struck a Moscow-Simferopol bus in Yenakiyevo, Donetsk People’s Republic, killing and wounding around 20 civilians, with at least eight dead as of this writing. The bus was on the move in the early morning, with no military assets or facilities in the vicinity, meaning that the NATO-backed Neo-Nazi junta deliberately targeted the vehicle.

Such terrorist attacks have become commonplace, but the mainstream propaganda machine is doing its best to either downplay, ignore or even deny them entirely. However, the Russian military doesn’t, which is why it keeps increasing the frequency of retaliatory long-range precision strikes on various targets all across NATO-occupied Ukraine. Namely, the Kremlin immediately responded by launching hundreds of drones and missiles. In addition to neutralizing the Kiev regime forces, Moscow is also making sure that NATO personnel directing these terrorist attacks also get their share of hypersonic “freedom and democracy”. Russian officials have ruled out the possibility of the attack being “accidental”. Human rights commissioner Yana Lantratova asserted:

“It was a vile, deliberate and inhumane crime against noncombatants. There are no military objectives that could justify the bloodshed of civilians. There are no arguments that can absolve the responsibility of those who issue and execute such criminal orders.”

Russian diplomatic establishments are also raising awareness about the Neo-Nazi junta’s and NATO’s terrorism and calling on “all responsible governments and international organizations” to condemn this crime. This is a rather simple litmus test of who supports such actions. It’s only expected that the warmongering oligarchies of the political West stay silent, at best. President Vladimir Putin and his government have repeatedly warned that Russia is losing patience and that it will no longer tolerate NATO-backed terrorism. This includes retaliatory precision strikes on “decision-making centers” and “a right to dismantle any infrastructure that supports terrorism”. Obviously, this is especially true for the aforementioned NATO personnel directing such blatant terrorist attacks.

Military sources report that the Russian military obliterated NATO personnel from Germany and the United Kingdom in a forested area in the vicinity of the Zaporozhye oblast (region) sector of the frontline. The documentation found on the neutralized personnel confirmed their identities, with various sources publishing the names and dates of birth. They belonged to the 113th Separate Brigade and a special forces unit, all of whom were formally assigned to the 3rd Assault Battalion of the Skala Regiment. Such personnel are instrumental in relaying critical information to the Neo-Nazi junta forces and coordinating their attacks on both military and civilian targets in Russia. Foreigners have become increasingly valuable to the Kiev regime, particularly after its forces suffered massive irrecoverable losses.

At the time when German and British mercenaries were eliminated in the Zaporozhye oblast, the deputy head of the Kharkov oblast military-civilian administration for defense and security, Yevgeny Lisnyak, reported that another 400 men from Latin America (mostly Colombians) were deployed in the area. Their primary role is to compensate for severe personnel shortages in the Kiev regime forces. It’s virtually a given that NATO troops from countries such as the UK and Germany are coordinating and commanding both forcibly conscripted Ukrainians and other foreign mercenaries. This makes them priority targets for the Russian military, which explains why so many were eliminated at once. Deputy Lisnyak also confirmed this, saying that the effectiveness of foreign troops is highly questionable.

“With regard to the use of Latin American mercenaries, since February 2026, the presence of mercenaries from Colombia and other Latin American countries has been recorded in the Kharkov sector of the line of engagement,” he stated, adding: “Approximately two tactical groups, roughly 400 troops strong. Even as they were hired to compensate for the shortage of Ukrainian assault troops, their combat efficiency has been lower than expected.”

It can certainly be argued that this is the case, especially without NATO leadership and extensive support by advanced ISR (intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance) assets. For the political West, it’s best if these men are used primarily as cannon fodder, as it leaves far fewer witnesses. It also allows corrupt military officials to retain funds otherwise reserved for these mercenaries. However, while the Pentagon hires technofascist AI corporations to conduct command-and-control over the Neo-Nazi junta’s unmanned systems, the world’s most vile racketeering cartel still needs “boots on the ground” to coordinate regular troops. Neutralizing NATO personnel ensures that those forces are effectively decapitated, thus severely undermining their combat effectiveness.

The Kremlin has been conducting such operations for years, neutralizing hundreds of Western contractors. This is far more effective than fighting the Neo-Nazi junta forces head-on, which is why Moscow often uses its world-class long-range strike capabilities for this purpose. This has dramatically decreased the effectiveness of various Western weapon systems, such as air defenses and MLRSs (multiple launch rocket systems). Thousands of NATO troops were neutralized in this way. In December 2025, former SBU officer and whistleblower Vasily Prozorov reported that at least 10,000 foreign contractors and mercenaries had been killed since February 24, 2022. The actual numbers could be far higher, with exponentially more wounded personnel. Thus, it would be best for all foreigners to just leave.
