President Trump Drops The Receipts On Election Fraud

In his speech earlier this month, President Trump pointed straight at large numbers of non-citizens on voter rolls, voting machines subject to manipulation, China’s acquisition and exploitation of voter data, and blue-state officials who allegedly buried or covered up these vulnerabilities.

Days later, even New Jersey’s Democrat governor had to admit a software error put roughly 6,600 non-citizens on the voter rolls and that nearly 400 of them voted. The same election manipulation game is running full speed in California under Governor Newsom and in Minnesota under Tim Walz. This essay looks at all of those problems.

Soft official “investigations” were more like waving a chicken over a pot of boiling water and calling it chicken soup. It was reported that then-Attorney General Bill Barr ordered the FBI to stand down and not investigate voter fraud across the country, then issued one of the wonkiest statements imaginable. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon is now doing the work that should have been done then.

I know first-hand how wildly 2020 deviated from normal elections, and it’s not pretty. I worked for an Associated Press data center watching the real-time feeds for ten years, including the 2020 election.

AP data centers have extensive system checks to ensure the data going out on the wire is correct. Vote totals come in cumulatively through the night and build in a steady, logical pattern.

On the night of the 2020 election, I watched something I had never seen before: key swing states shutting down completely in the middle of the night. When those feeds came back up, there were large vote increases for Biden and large drops for Trump. My assessment is that the initial Trump lead was so large it exceeded what the machines could quietly flip (around the 3 percent range).

Additional ballots—many of them counterfeit or harvested—had to be introduced to close the gap. Like the old CRT televisions, we see the picture but cannot track every individual electron. When the data feeds show sudden, unexplained swings that the normal reconciliation process should have blocked, the pattern itself is the evidence.

But of course, 2020 was just one night. A lot of the manipulation is built into the system, much of it ostensibly under the rule of law. That’s where Motor Voter and the Electronic Registration Information Center (“ERIC”) come in.

Motor Voter runs on self-attestation. A relative of mine in Washington got an enhanced driver’s license, at which point the system automatically changed his voter registration address even though he was already properly registered elsewhere.

Many states use ERIC to help clean the rolls. However, ERIC often looks like a paid shill that lets states shift the blame for not purging them. In California, 26 voters (23 active) stayed registered at 100 Sunset Avenue in Venice—a vacant parking lot with a porta-potty. GIS tools easily spot multiple “voters” or “service recipients” stacked at impossible addresses and can flag both healthcare fraud and voter-roll fraud. Why not use them?

California, especially, has mastered creating voters where none exist. Sheriff Chad Bianco obtained Superior Court search warrants and seized over 650,000 ballots from the November 2025 special election after a citizen group (REIT) audit found an approximately 45,896-ballot discrepancy. The Sheriff’s Department took 12 pallets/1,086 boxes, and a preliminary count of just 22 boxes yielded far fewer ballots than expected.

AG Rob Bonta immediately petitioned an appellate court to stay the investigation, claiming there was no probable cause. That court denied the petition on jurisdiction grounds—the proper jurisdiction was the superior court that issued the search warrants.

AG Bonta then appealed to the (Democrat majority) California Supreme Court, which ordered Bianco to pause his investigation. The case is still pending.

Governor Newsom rushed through and signed SB 73 and AB 2624, restricting law-enforcement access to rolls and ballots prior to certification, effective just before the June 2026 primary. This is interference by lawfare.

COVID, of course, was the perfect cover to ignore existing election law and switch into a new mode that invited fraud. Emergency orders blew open mail-in voting, relaxed signature checks, extended deadlines, and put drop boxes everywhere. Temporary measures became permanent.

Marc Elias, the DNC’s longtime election lawyer, sued in state after state during COVID to loosen or gut election security rules, making the fraud pathways wider. Elias is the founder of the Democracy Docket, which some would call a propaganda organ.

And then there are the infamous voting machines, which are completely opaque in operation. The three big voting-machine companies hide behind intellectual property and refuse real independent source-code review or red-team testing.

Certification is a feel-good exercise. My cybersecurity sources—top-tier operators who do highly classified work—look at these systems and say, “Are they kidding?”

The machines can be manipulated from the inside by insiders and from the outside by domestic or foreign actors. The vulnerabilities have been known on the dark web for years. Recent exposés continue to track the Smartmatic-Sequoia-Dominion-Liberty Vote lineage and software that allows ballot injection and remote access.

Antrim County, Michigan in 2020 produced enough smoke that any serious investigator would dig deep—tabulator and memory-card mismatches later blamed on “human error.” Fulton County, Georgia is another open wound.

I did my own investigations in Arizona and saw the same pattern of restricted access, incomplete logs, and official stonewalling. Constitutional law professor Alan Dershowitz, who was sanctioned in an Arizona case, told a federal judge he has never challenged Arizona election results, but he has advised on the future use of vote-counting machines by companies that refuse to disclose their inner workings. That is the heart of the problem.

Look at what is happening right now in California. In the LA mayor’s race and the governor’s race, early leads for Trump-endorsed candidates evaporated as late mail ballots poured in—the same recurring pattern we saw in 2020 and 2024. There should be no less than bomb-proof physical and cyber security for voting— the same security we demand for our national security assets—yet we accept far weaker standards. That is not an accident.

And of course, there’s foreign interference. Trump and Senator Grassley released declassified material showing FBI Headquarters suppressed a credible 2020 Chinese election-interference report. Foreign access to massive voter files compounds domestic vulnerabilities, including the rumored hack of voter registration files.

Election fraud is a critical instrumentality of the “grand conspiracy.” It is the tool the enemy—call them the Deep State, the administrative state, the radical left, or whatever label fits—uses to gain and keep power, steal the money, and push the country toward a Marxist/Islamofascist regime while using disinformation to get citizens to voluntarily surrender their rights.

California should be hit hard now, before the November midterms—before the evidence disappears and the next election is run under the same rigged rules. This means voter ID to ensure illegal aliens are not voting, paper ballots, no interconnected voting machines, hand-marked, voter-verifiable, with real risk-limiting audits and hand counts. That is the only standard that meets the seriousness of what is at stake.
