The Three Cards Game: Three Versions of the Ukraine Peace Plan: Trump’s 28-Point, The EU-24 Point and Trump’s Reworked 19- Points

Three versions of the ‘peace plan for Ukraine’ arrived at the negotiating table in just a few days: a 28-point plan presented by Trump, a 24-point plan modified by the European Union based on a text drafted by France, Germany and the United Kingdom (which is not a member of the EU), and a 19-point plan reworked by Trump. There are no official texts on the first two, only newspaper reports. Practically nothing specific is known about the third. Rumours about interventions by various US and European figures, mostly non-diplomatic, emerge daily. The parties involved appear to be the European Union and Ukraine on the one hand, and Russia on the other. However, NATO does not appear to be a key player, despite being under US command and provoking and waging war against Russia via Ukraine.

All of this is reminiscent of the three-card Monte scam, which is run by a dealer and their accomplices. NATO is the “card” that disappears in this “war game“. It is an organisation under US command, starting with the Supreme Allied Commander Europe, who is always a US general appointed by the President of the United States. The current commander is US Air Force General Alexus Grynkewich, who was appointed by President Trump last July.

The facts, hidden by the political and media mainstream, show that while the United States presents itself as a peacemaker seeking to end the war in Europe, it is simultaneously fuelling the war against Russia through NATO under its command. In this context, Italy hosted the large-scale NATO air warfare exercise “Falcon Strike 2025” against Russia in November, with the participation of the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Greece. Also in Italy, the NATO Submarine Infrastructure Network meeting was held in November, which, together with EU representatives, strengthened military measures formally aimed at ‘protecting gas pipelines and submarine cables threatened by Russian attacks’ (when there is concrete evidence that it was the United States and some European allies who sabotaged the Nord Stream gas pipeline to cut off Russian gas supplies to Europe).

From Pisa Airport, which is adjacent to Camp Darby — the US Army’s largest overseas arsenal — Italian Air Force C-130J aircraft continuously take off, carrying weapons destined for Ukraine to Poland. Radar tracks show this. Meanwhile, Italian Eurofighter jets have been deployed to Estonia to intercept Russian aircraft “operating in the vicinity of NATO airspace” as they fly along the international corridor over the Baltic Sea between Russia and its exclave of Kaliningrad. US Global Hawk drones operate from Sigonella air base in Sicily, carrying out long-duration intelligence missions over the Black Sea region to spy on Russia.

At the same time, in violation of the Non-Proliferation Treaty, the deployment of US B61-12 nuclear bombs in Italy and other European countries, aimed primarily at Russia, continues. And soon, the US Dark Eagle missile system will be deployed in Europe, starting with Germany. Equipped with hypersonic missiles with a range of approximately 5,500 kilometres, it will be capable of striking targets in central Russia in about 6-7 minutes after launch. Meanwhile, German officials say that Russia will be ready to attack NATO in 2029.
